Mike Gleue joined Utah Retirement Systems in 2014, coinciding with the fund’s decision to establish a directly managed farmland investment portfolio. Since then, Mike has helped build and manage the fund’s portfolio of high-quality row and permanent crops both domestically and internationally, through direct ownership, joint venture partnerships, and separately managed account structures. He has been an active participant in the market as institutional investors have increasingly recognized farmland’s attractiveness.
