Curtis spearheads Peoples Company’s agricultural real estate brokerage services for the Pacific West region, which spans California, Arizona, Nevada and Hawaii. Because he is based in and primarily focused on California, much of Curtis’s career has been dedicated to permanent planting farms that produce a variety of nut, fruit, citrus, grape, and berry crops, and he also has significant experience with row and field crop farms, production facilities, and other specialized agricultural property types. He has worked extensively with institutional investors, and he has also served a diverse client-base that includes everyone from local family farmers to governmental agencies to large multi-state agricultural enterprises. Curtis specializes in complex off-market transactions, but also performs traditional sales, consulting assignments, and due diligence services.
