Josh Culpepper is Executive Director in PGIM’s Agricultural Finance group, leading PGIM’s agricultural lending origination and operations throughout the Eastern U.S. supporting integrated operators, institutional investors, and large landowners. Josh has extensive experience working with a variety of crops and operations including row crops, sugar, fruits & vegetables, nuts, citrus, sod, nursery, timber, and dairy over his career.
Previously, Josh held management, credit, and lending roles at SunTrust Bank from 1999 to 2010, including vice president of agribusiness banking from 2007 to 2010.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and Economics from Auburn University and an MBA from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida and is a graduate of the Wedgworth Leadership Institute for Agriculture and Natural Resources (Class IX).
