Chris Martin
Based in New York City, Chris holds responsibility for transactions execution and asset management for APG's Private Natural Capital strategy in North America. As part of APG’s real assets platform, PNC makes private investments in forestry and agriculture which provide attractive risk-adjusted returns and demonstrate real world impact on nature and climate.

Prior to joining APG in 2020, Chris led asset management of an institutional portfolio of Brazilian timberland investments at Resource Management Service, LLC (one of the world’s largest timberland investment service providers). Chris began his career in conservation finance in 2013 as Program Associate, Andes-Amazon Initiative at the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation (a large US private foundation).

Chris holds a Master of Business Administration and Master of Forestry from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies (summa cum laude) from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is fluent in Portuguese and proficient in Spanish.
