Tyler Shegerian
Tyler is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of PACT Capital, an investment management firm specializing in senior secured agriculture mortgage investments. His background spans agriculture and commercial and industrial sectors, shaped by his experience operating within the family’s diverse majority holdings.

As a fourth-generation entrepreneur and part of a vertically integrated grower, shipper, and marketing family agribusiness in California’s Central Valley, Tyler oversees PACT Capital’s operations, managing investor relations and is a key member of the firm’s investment committee. Since its establishment, PACT Capital has deployed over billion in real estate capital and currently manages approximately 0 million in outstanding California agriculture mortgage investments.

Tyler has led numerous investment initiatives on behalf of his family investments, where prior to founding PACT Capital included the creation of a new division that grew into a million annual revenue center within just three years for the world largest electronic recycling business – ERI.

Tyler holds a B.A. from Fordham University and a J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he concentrated on the intersection of environmental and real estate law, with a particular focus on finance and water. His professional journey and passion for these fields were inspired by his formative experiences in his family’s farming and food processing businesses, which also served as the foundation for the creation of PACT Capital.
