Sudhir Rani

Sudhir Rani is an experienced executive and entrepreneur with a strong background in finance, corporate development, and strategy. Sudhir is a Co-founder and Chief Corporate Development Officer of Terviva, a food and agriculture technology company that is building the world’s most sustainable supply chain of plant protein and vegetable oil. In this role, Sudhir drives strategic initiatives and fosters growth through partnerships with multinational corporations and renewable energy companies.
Previously, Sudhir served as Terviva’s CFO for 11 years at Terviva where he successfully raised significant equity capital for Terviva, managed financial operations, and built strong relationships with growers and financial institutions.
Before founding Terviva, Sudhir gained valuable experience in private equity at D.E. Shaw & Co and in asset management and investment banking at UBS. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business and a BS in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from Columbia University.
