Brandon Morris is agricultural real estate agent based in Bakersfield, CA. He graduated from the University of California, at Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Plant Science and began farming with his family in 2013 where he has responsibility over almond, pistachio and row crop plantings.

Brandon joined Schuil Ag Real Estate in 2015, specializing in permanent crop property sales. Brandon has represented institutional investors, family farmers and allocators new to the agricultural industry. He has worked on a wide variety of transactions, notably distressed situations and properties with unique water assets.

Brandon is engaged in California water policy and is a director of Southern San Joaquin Municipal Utility District, a Friant Division contractor of the Central Valley Project along with its Groundwater Sustainability Agency, North Central Kern.

Brandon resides in Bakersfield, California with his wife and two young children. He enjoys playing tennis and reading in his spare time.
