At PSB, she leads the company’s global expansion strategy, championing the development of proprietary varieties specifically adapted to the realities of climate change including milder winters, reduced chill hours, and the growing demand for fruit that delivers exceptional quality from the very start of the season. Previously holding leadership roles at SNFL Group, International Fruit Genetics, and Bloom Fresh, Elena brings a rare combination of scientific depth and commercial vision to her mission of connecting innovative plant genetics with growers and consumers worldwide. She holds a PhD in Horticulture and Agronomy from the University of California, Davis.
