Javier Cano Pecci is Director of Innovation and Development, Board Member, and Shareholder of Eurosemillas, a leading international agricultural innovation company based in Spain. With more than 35 years of experience in the agri-food sector, Javier has played a key role in the global commercialization and licensing of new plant varieties, including strawberries, avocados, citrus, pistachios, and cotton. He has led strategic partnerships and intellectual property initiatives across more than 24 countries, working closely with world-class universities, research institutions, and industry leaders. In addition to his leadership at Eurosemillas, Javier serves on the boards of several international agribusiness and biotechnology companies and is a member of advisory bodies including the University of California Riverside and San Telmo Business School. He holds an MBA from San Telmo Business School and a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Navarra.
