Before joining The Land Group, Gonçalo worked on regenerative agriculture projects in Portugal and Spain, focusing on adaptive grazing, agrosilvopastoral systems, and ecosystem restoration. His experience spans field operations, applied research, and strategic land use planning to support sustainable rural development.
Gonçalo holds a Master’s degree in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon and a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources, Climate Smart Agriculture from Häme University of Applied Sciences in Finland.
He is fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and German.
