Mr. LeSage is a Managing Director at Proterra Investment Partners, where he is instrumental in directing North American agricultural investment activities and serves on the firm's Investment Committee.
His distinguished career includes a significant tenure at Cargill, where he ascended to President and Business Leader of Cargill Risk Management (CRM). During his time at CRM, Mr. LeSage also managed the North and Latin American Feed and Biofuels derivatives team, served as Vice President and Global Sales Manager for the business's largest product line, and launched CRM's Asian operations from Singapore, overseeing commodity derivative sales across 13 countries. He began his career in grain merchandising.
Beyond his corporate leadership, Mr. LeSage is dedicated to community engagement, serving as a Director of the Western Golf Association.
